To Qualify, you must:
- Be living in a gated community with at least 30 homes/units/apts.
- Have approval from your HOA to install the device for your community.
- Have a sliding gate and motor; both in working condition.
Installation Requirements:
For the installation to occur, the following must be available/agreed to:
- Where your motor is under warranty, your service provider must be contacted to provide us with access to terminals from your motor.
- You will be responsible for covering any cost to your service provider.
- Your service provider must agree to the installation if you must maintain your warranty.
- Our device will be installed close to your gate in an appropriate weatherproof housing, unless your service provider agrees to having the device installed inside the motor.
- Have reliable internet-capable WiFi/MiFi within close proximity of the install location for our device to connect to.
